Focused Session $40
Session can be focused on a specific problem area. 30 minute massage. Please allow 60 minutes for total session.
Session can be for a full body relaxation massage or to focus on couple problem areas. 60 minute session. Please allow 90 minutes for total session.
Bonus Session $100
Session can be focused on multiple problem areas and possibly include a full body relaxation massage. 90 minute massage. Please allow 2 hours for total session.
NOTE: Each massage is tailored to the individual and their needs at the time. The sessions described above are just examples of what is possible in the time frame mentioned.
Hot/Cold Hydrotherapy $10
In addition to your massage, you can receive hot or cold (or both) hydrotherapy treatments to help with inflamation (cold - ice massage) or tension (heat - hot towels).
Stretching and Movement:
